Beyond the beaches and the surf, the Bukit has plenty to fill a day. Pura Luhur Uluwatu and its sunset Kecak fire dance are the essential visit. The Garuda Wisnu Kencana cultural park has one of the tallest statues in the world, and the coast is full of dramatic beaches reached by long staircases.
