Timbis Paragliding

The Timbis Flying Site on the clifftop at Kutuh, just west of Pandawa beach, is the Bukit's main paragliding launch. Steady onshore breezes rise up the cliff face here, letting pilots ridge-soar for long stretches above the turquoise water and the sands of Timbis beach below.

Timbis Paragliding Bali sells tandem flights with an instructor as well as multi-day courses. Course days start with equipment preparation, ground handling and a safety briefing, followed by a tandem flight of about 20 minutes, with radio-assisted solo flights from the second day. The official ticket page lists operating hours of 11:00–17:00 daily, and hotel pick-up and drop-off are included in the courses. A 2024 report put a tandem flight at around IDR 850k.

Flights depend entirely on the wind, and the dry season from April to October usually brings the most reliable conditions, so build some flexibility into your plans. You can reach the launch along the signposted road from the Pandawa area, and combine it with a swim at Pandawa or Timbis beach.
