Oliverra is the signature Mediterranean restaurant at Umana Bali, a LXR Hotels & Resorts property on the Ungasan cliffs. It sits above Melasti Beach with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the ocean, and guests are taken down to the restaurant by buggy, which is part of the experience.

The à la carte menu features dishes such as grilled octopus, lobster and tiramisu. Its Sunday brunch is a highlight: rather than a buffet, it is served course by course, with a seafood platter and a series of plated dishes that let you take your time. Service is attentive, and the chefs often come out to greet diners.

Open daily from 12:00 to 22:00. Book ahead, especially for Sunday brunch and window tables. Prices are high and bottled water is charged, so ask about extras when ordering.
