Milo's Home

Milo's Home is a small collection of bungalows on the clifftop at the end of the Balangan road, with sea views over the rocks and a staircase down to a quiet stretch of beach. Bungalows are simple but characterful, with open, nature-style bathrooms, and there is a pool beside the restaurant.

The restaurant terrace is a highlight, serving smoothie bowls, juices and healthy plates with a view across the water. Guests mention that rooms have no fridge and that the many steps can be awkward with heavy luggage, so pack light and arrive in daylight if you can.

It is a peaceful, remote spot best suited to couples and surfers who are happy to scooter to Balangan, Dreamland or Bingin for food and nightlife. Swimming off the rocks below is often not possible because of reef and swell, so plan to use the pool and head to Balangan or Dreamland for the beach.
