Klapa New Kuta Beach

Klapa sits on the low cliff above New Kuta Beach, better known as Dreamland, inside the Pecatu Indah resort area. It is one of the more affordable beach clubs on the Bukit, with an infinity pool for adults, a separate children's pool, a bar and lounge, a restaurant and direct access down to the sand.

Instead of a cover charge, you buy a Rp100,000 voucher at the entrance which is spent on food and drink. Seating options have their own minimum spends: IDR 1,000,000 for a daybed, IDR 500,000 for a square sofa and IDR 250,000 for a round sofa, while the sun loungers have no minimum spend at all. Wi-Fi covers the whole site, and the resident DJ plays on Saturdays and Sundays.

Open daily from 12pm to 8pm. Dreamland faces west, so the late afternoon is the best time to arrive, and the beach below is popular with surfers and bodyboarders. Reservations can be made by WhatsApp, though walk-ins are welcome. Drive in through the Pecatu Indah gate and follow signs for New Kuta Beach.
