Banyoo is a small kitchen beside the lake in the Pecatu Indah resort area, with seating under a canopy and among the trees, and picnic mats laid out on the grass by the water. It opened in 2024 and runs a short menu of around 25 dishes, cooked to order: half Indonesian and regional home cooking, such as the grandmother's Mee Mertua noodles that have been on the board since day one, and half Western breakfast dishes, with eggs, sourdough and coffee.
It opens daily from 07:00 to 20:00, and the same menu runs all day. Mains cost roughly IDR 55,000 to 100,000, and there is an early breakfast deal on some mornings. Cakes and Indonesian desserts such as klepon cheesecake and dadar gulung are made in house. Dogs are welcome, and the ducks on the lake will come to visit.
Banyoo is a good change from beach cafés, especially on a hot afternoon or with children. It is on Jl. Ktr. PIR inside Pecatu Indah, about five minutes from Dreamland beach.
Peak season runs July to August and over Christmas: the best villas and beach-club beds book out early.
