Il Ristorante – Niko Romito

Il Ristorante – Niko Romito is the signature restaurant of Bvlgari Resort Bali, on the clifftop at Jalan Goa Lempeh east of Uluwatu Temple. It opened in its current form in May 2025, bringing the cooking of Niko Romito, whose restaurant Reale in Italy holds three Michelin stars and who oversees Bulgari restaurants worldwide, to Bali.

The cooking is contemporary Italian with an emphasis on clarity of flavour and technique, served in an elegant open-air pavilion with white tablecloths, curtains and candlelight, and views over the ocean from the terrace. Expect bread service, refined pasta and fish courses and classic Italian desserts, alongside a substantial wine list. Service is formal but relaxed.

The restaurant serves dinner only, from 6pm to 10pm daily. Non-residents should book in advance by phone through the resort, and it is worth asking for a terrace table when you reserve. Allow time for the drive along the narrow Goa Lempeh road and the walk through the resort. It is the most expensive dining option in this part of the Bukit.
