Flirt Uluwatu

Flirt is one of the newer restaurants on the Suluban road, opened as an evening venue with a carefully designed interior: dark walls, low lighting, framed artwork, soft furnishings and a curated soundtrack. Behind the dining room there is a pool and lounge area, which makes it a place to linger over cocktails before or after dinner.

The menu is modern and meat-and-seafood led. Dishes that reviewers mention most include the rib-eye steak, kingfish ceviche, lamb ragu pasta and a zucchini flatbread, along with desserts that change regularly. Cocktails such as a cucumber margarita are a strong part of the offer, and service is attentive.

Flirt opens daily from 4pm to 11pm. Reservations are made through the website or by WhatsApp, and are worth making for weekend evenings, as it has quickly become busy. It is a few minutes' walk from the Suluban and Single Fin area, so it fits well after a sunset drink on the cliff. Expect prices in line with the top restaurants in Uluwatu.
