Villa LAUT sits on the cliff at Padang Padang, off Jl. Labuan Sait, with views straight over the beach and its famous left-hand reef. Rather than one large villa it offers five separate units: the Ocean Escape Villa and four apartments named Ocean Retreat, Ocean Life, Ocean Breeze and Ocean Infinity.

The Ocean Escape Villa is a private one-bedroom unit for couples, with a plunge pool and outdoor seating above the water. The apartments range from one to two bedrooms, with lounges, dining areas and fully equipped kitchens; the ground-floor Ocean Retreat opens directly on to the shared infinity pool. Ocean Life is the largest, with two master bedrooms, and works for families or friends travelling together.

Guests have beach access and personalised service, and the location means you can walk to Padang Padang and the cafés of Labuan Sait. Book through the Villa LAUT website, which lists each unit with its capacity. The infinity pool faces west, so late afternoon is the time to be there. Expect steps around the property, as it is built into the slope.
