The Asa Maia

The Asa Maia is a small wellness retreat on Jalan Pantai Padang Padang in Pecatu, built around ten guest suites that are restored traditional Javanese wooden houses (gladak) set among dense tropical gardens. It is designed for people who want a programme rather than just a room, with breathwork, yoga, fitness sessions and spa treatments on site.

Its contrast-therapy facilities are a highlight: a Himalayan salt infrared sauna and subterranean hot and cold plunge pools. The spa menu covers massage, gua sha facials and body wraps, and Honeycombers lists treatments from around IDR 900k. Packages include Signature, Ultimate Fitness and Honeymoon stays, and the venue can host small retreats.
