Sinamon Bali Uluwatu

Sinamon is a Bali bakery brand that specialises in cinnamon rolls, with another outlet at Sidewalk Jimbaran. The Uluwatu shop opened on the southern stretch of Jl. Labuansait and has a narrow, pastel-pink dining room with banquette seating, a neon "hot rolls" sign and a glass counter where you can watch the rolls being finished.

The rolls are large, soft and generously iced. The original (OG) and cream cheese versions are the most popular, alongside Nutella, lemon buttercream, berry and other rotating flavours. They are sold singly or in boxes to take away, and there are other cakes and pastries. Drinks include espresso coffee and a well-liked hot chocolate.

Open daily 07:30–23:00, so it also works as an evening dessert stop. Rolls are rich, so consider sharing one. Orders can be placed online or through delivery apps if you want them warm at your villa. Reviews in 2026 remain very positive (4.9 on Google).
