Hatch Uluwatu

Hatch is a large, multi-level venue on Jl. Labuansait near the Bingin junction, laid out around trees, walkways and terraces lit with coloured lights. It works as a restaurant in the early evening and becomes one of the strip's main late-night spots as the music gets louder.

The menu is casual Western bar food (nachos, burgers and sharing plates) alongside cocktails and beer. Each night has a different theme, from salsa evenings to guest DJs on Fridays, and there are billiard tables and games. On Sundays the venue opens from 09:00 for a market with local makers selling art, clothing and gifts at fixed prices; entry to the market is free.

Open 17:00–03:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00–03:00 at weekends. Check the weekly line-up on Instagram before you go, and reserve a table online for groups. Arrive early on Sundays to browse the market before the heat and crowds build.
