Botol Biru is the casual bar and grill at Svanata Uluwatu Bali Resort (formerly Anantara Uluwatu), which sits on the cliffs of Jl. Pemutih above the Impossibles reef, just north of Padang Padang. The terrace looks straight out over the Indian Ocean and the coast towards Bingin, and it is one of the better places in the area to watch the sun go down with a proper meal.
The menu centres on the grill: a mixed grill platter, lamb rack and Angus rib-eye, with lighter options such as a tuna maki set, salads and seafood. There is a full cocktail list, wine and fresh coconuts. A DJ plays relaxed sets in the evening. Prices are resort-level, but you do not need to be staying at the resort to eat here.
Open daily 11:00–22:00. Book well ahead if you want a front-row table for sunset, and tell staff about dietary needs when you reserve; vegetarian choices are limited. Enter via the resort lobby; parking is available on site.
Peak season runs July to August and over Christmas: the best villas and beach-club beds book out early.
