Nusa By/Suka Nusa Dua

Nusa is part of the By/Suka group, which also runs Suka Espresso in Uluwatu, and has been at the Bali Collection shopping area in the heart of Nusa Dua since 2022. The kitchen is Mediterranean and built around a wood fire: artisanal pizzas such as burrata and rocket, house-made pastas and ravioli, slow-cooked lamb shank, grilled steaks and fresh fish. There is a list of signature cocktails and international wines, and set menus for groups.

The restaurant opens daily from 11:00 to 23:00. Inside, the dining room is warm and stylish, and there is a terrace under a timber pergola. Prices are mid-range, which makes it a good alternative to resort dining for those staying in the enclave, and it is busy every evening.

Bali Collection is a short shuttle or taxi ride from all the Nusa Dua hotels, and some run shuttles there. Book a table through the website or message on WhatsApp, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.
