Kayumanis Resto sits on Jl. Yoga Perkanthi alongside the Kayumanis Jimbaran private villas, and it is open to walk-in diners as well as villa guests. The dining room is a traditional teak house with carved panels and air-conditioning, opening onto a quiet garden courtyard, so it feels secluded despite being close to the Jimbaran beach strip.
The kitchen serves Indonesian and Balinese dishes with modern plating. The signature is bebek panggang mekudus, smoked duck finished at the table so you can choose how smoky you want it. Diners also mention generous portions, a good list of cocktails, mocktails and health tonics, and Balinese dance performances on some evenings, including Friday nights.
Open daily from 07:00 to 23:00, so it also works for breakfast or lunch. Prices are higher than a warung but reasonable for the setting and service. It is a good choice if you want a calm, air-conditioned Balinese meal rather than the crowds of the beach cafés; booking is sensible for dinner.
Peak season runs July to August and over Christmas: the best villas and beach-club beds book out early.
