DAVA Steak & Seafood at AYANA

DAVA is the fine-dining steak and seafood restaurant inside AYANA Resort on the Jimbaran clifftop. The dining room is formal, with high carved ceilings and booth seating, but the best tables are on the outdoor terrace beside a long reflecting pool with torches and a view over the gardens to the sea. The menu is built around grilled beef cuts, served on hot stone or slate, along with lobster, prawns and fish, and there is a long wine list.

DAVA serves dinner only, from 18:00 to 23:00 daily. It is a splurge, with prices in line with a five-star resort, and smart casual dress is expected. Non-resident guests are welcome but should book ahead, especially if they want a terrace table, which is the reason to come.

Combine dinner with a sunset drink at Rock Bar or Kisik within the same resort; AYANA's internal shuttles connect the different restaurants. The resort is about 20 minutes by car from the airport via Jl. Karang Mas.
