DiVino by Casa Asia

DiVino is an Italian restaurant on Jalan Pantai Bingin, run by the team behind Casa Asia in Ungasan. The menu sticks to Italian staples done carefully: wood-oven pizzas, fresh pasta such as carbonara, pappardelle ai funghi and tortellini, beef carpaccio, salads and larger mains. Vegetarian, vegan and pork-free versions are offered across the menu.

Tables are spread through a tropical garden with a grassy terrace, which makes it easy for children to move around, and there is a bar with Italian wine and cocktails. The atmosphere is relaxed rather than formal, and service is generally quick.

The restaurant is open daily from 11am to 11:30pm, with the kitchen closing at 10:30pm. Delivery and takeaway run from 11:30am to 10:30pm and can be ordered by WhatsApp, which is handy if you are staying in a villa nearby. Booking is not usually essential, but call or message ahead for larger groups and Friday or Saturday nights.
