ATMOS brings the communal bathhouse idea to the Bukit. Its centrepiece is a handcrafted clay steam dome where guided heat sessions alternate with optional cold plunges, followed by tea and rest in a lounge between rounds. The garden setting off Jalan Pantai Cemongkak, on the Bingin side of Pecatu, includes a plunge pool and outdoor jacuzzi.

Alongside the steam programme, the BodyLab offers massage, Pevonia facials and aesthetic treatments, and the team runs breathwork and live events. It is a good choice for surfers who want proper heat-and-cold recovery without the clifftop-resort price tag; Honeycombers lists treatments from around IDR 300k.

Sessions run to a schedule, so book a slot rather than turning up: message ATMOS on WhatsApp or Instagram for times and prices. Bring a swimsuit and leave time for the rest breaks between rounds, which are part of the ritual. It pairs well with a late-afternoon surf at Bingin or Impossibles, finishing as the evening cools.
