Artisan Bingin

Artisan is a bakery, café and restaurant on Jalan Pantai Bingin, part of a small Bali group with a second branch near Suluban. During the day it runs as an artisan bakery and brunch spot, with sourdough, pastries, shakshuka, bagels and egg dishes, plus coffee and matcha. In the evening it turns into a more polished dining room with a wood-fired menu, pizza from the oven out back, craft cocktails and a wine list.

The interior is low-lit concrete and greenery over two floors. The upper floor is popular with people working on laptops during the day, while evenings sometimes bring live jazz. Portions are generous and gluten-free bread is available. Outdoor seating can get hot in the middle of the day.

Google lists it as open from 7am to 11pm most days, with shorter hours on Saturdays, so check before planning a Saturday dinner. Tables can be booked through the group website. It is one of the busiest breakfast spots in Bingin, so arrive early or expect a short wait.
